This class introduces you to Reformer Pilates with a challenge! We’ll follow a standard sequence for the first half, then move into exercises from our WORKOUT class to help you gradually progress to the next level.
You’ll focus on controlled movements, core engagement, and proper breathing while building strength and stability.

⚠ All new participants must attend the INTRO class the first time at Aeclectica. If you have booked a WORKOUT session, you'll be transferred to the INTRO class on the same day. Instructors will assess and guide you on when you're ready to join WORKOUT classes.
