Experience a personalized, one-on-one Chair Pilates session tailored to your goals and needs. In this 1-hour private class, you’ll work directly with an instructor through a customized workout using the Pilates Chair.

The Pilates Chair is considered one of the most challenging pieces of equipment created by Joseph Pilates. Using spring resistance and a pedal system, it provides an intense, efficient full-body workout that builds strength, stability, and control.

Your instructor will guide you through each movement with a strong focus on proper alignment, technique, and breath, offering modifications to match your fitness level or address specific concerns.
